Everest have an exciting opportunity within the business for a performance-driven, innovative, and organised Installation Manager to be based within our Sevenoaks Installation Centre.

The successful candidate will take ownership for the full Installation life cycle of our high-quality Home Improvement products.
What the role will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for customers; holding ownership of service delivery, spending most of your time visiting installation projects to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Attracting, selecting and performance managing the Installation teams.
- Identifying team development needs and introducing appropriate interventions, networking with other managers within the business to do so.
- Maintaining third-party relationships with external vendors.
- Continually ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience managing in a sub-contract environment.
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to ‘Right First Time’ and continuous improvement.
- An understanding of the installation process for windows, doors, or similar products.
- Ability to build rapport and manage the customer experience.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Confident in making decisions based on a sound knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
